A husband, father of two beautiful girls and two rescued dogs, who loves Chattanooga and the community it represents. An accomplished Certified Public Accountant in a relentless quest for creating, developing, and implementing efficient solutions through expertise in technology. At United Way, I have the opportunity to be my authentic self, put my best work forward, and employ my talents to build a better Chattanooga today. In five years there, my team and I have developed efficient solutions to complex problems with great success and reception. Through CrumbleBear, I hope to partner with organizations to craft solutions that let them focus on their core mission.

For the last 19 years I have worked in the SaaS space, leading operational departments, business processes, and technology initiatives. As my wife and I began raising our two beautiful daughters in Chattanooga, community, and everything that goes into building a positive one, started to fill my headspace. With that new framework, I set out to find the intersection of my process, data, and automation skills and community based initiatives. That led me to data analytics work at United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and simultaneously toward starting CrumbleBear. The nonprofit space is filled with remarkable people tackling difficult community problems. I am passionate about automating and streamlining non-core functions for our social workers so that they can do their best work and have the greatest impact on our community.
