To meet client goals, data from multiple sources need to be linked together for insight. A common scenario sees marketing running a social media campaign in hopes of bringing new donors. Social media accounts provide impression reporting but no donation activity. CrumbleBear links multiple data sources together to determine campaign effectiveness and improve future efforts.

An accomplished Certified Public Accountant in a relentless quest for creating, developing, and implementing efficient solutions through expertise in technology. At United Way, my dream job, I have the opportunity to be my authentic self, put my best work forward, and employ my talents to build a better Chattanooga today. In the five years at United Way, my team and I have developed efficient solutions to complex problems with great success and reception. Through CrumbleBear, I hope to partner with non-profit organizations to craft solutions that enable them to focus on their core mission.

For the last 19 years I have worked in the SaaS space, leading operational departments, business processes, and technology initiatives. As my wife and I began raising our 2 beautiful daughters in Chattanooga, community, and everything that goes into building a positive one, started to fill my headspace. With this new framework, I set out to find the intersection of my process/data/automation skills and community based initiatives. This led me to data analytics work at United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and simultaneously towards starting CrumbleBear. The non-profit space is filled with remarkable people, tackling difficult community problems. I am passionate about automating and streamlining non-core functions for our social workers so that they can do their best work, and have the greatest impact on our community.
